EHD recommends: The Dovecote Eatery
The Dovecote Eatery is a lovely little café situated in the Cams Hall Estate in Fareham and is somewhere that I frequently visit with Arthur. We often pop into the Dovecote before going for a lovely walk along Swan Quay.
The Dovecote Eatery have both inside and outside seating areas and dogs are allowed in both, making it the perfect place to visit in the winter! There are several water bowls dotted around for the dogs and the staff always make a fuss of Arthur (which he absolutely loves).
They have a varied menu, including breakfast (served until 11am daily), lunch and afternoon tea. They also offer several vegetarian options and meals to cater for children. The food is always delicious and is very reasonably priced.
For us, The Dovecote Eatery is the perfect place to take Arthur as he can become quite anxious in busy environments. Although The Dovecote Eatery is popular, thanks to the ample amount of seating areas there is always somewhere quiet to sit with a relaxed atmosphere.
The Dovecote Eatery is a fantastic place to visit and we always enjoy ourselves every time we go. I would definitely recommend the cafe to all dog owners, and Arthur recommends the nearby walk along Swan Quay!
